All who participate in this church belong!

You can engage in all activities of BUC whether you are a member or not. The United Church defines congregants as either adherents, members, or full members. Adherents can participate in all aspects of church life, including voting at congregation meetings, except on specific occasional items.

We think of the congregation in three broad circles: the curious, the comfortable, and the committed. No matter what circle you consider yourself in, you’re invited to attend a membership class and become an official member of our church.

If you’re curious to learn more about membership at BUC, have questions about the church, theology, traditions, etc. you’re urged to attend Belong BUC.

All gatherings are in person at BUC from 7-8:30pm. Please register ahead and attend as many as possible. More detailed themes will be provided ahead of sessions. Should you wish to become a member and cannot attend in person, please let the office know. Register at office@bedfordunited.com.
