Bill Parsons was born on Lucasville Road in Sackville to a family with 14 children. In February of 1974, he joined the staff at Bedford United Church as it's custodian. The longest member of the staff, he has seen a lot of people come and go, but he continues to enjoy his work and his community. Bill says, “I never know what to expect next at Bedford United – there's always something new going on – but that's what keeps the job interesting.”

Bill is married to Berneice and has three children, Alex, Stephen and Stephanie. In addition to being a granddad, he loves to read and is an avid fisherman.

Bill has brought an extraordinary level of care and service to his position at Bedford United Church over the years. He is responsible for maintaining the facility but also provides excellent service to members of our community in setting up room arrangements and supplies. Have a chat with Bill some time.
