Bedford United Church officially sponsors and supports several mission oriented organizations within our city and province.  Phoenix House is one of them.  Each Christmas, Bedford United Church provides Christmas Stockings and other gifts and support for the youth staying at Phoenix House.  If you would like to assist with this ministry, please call the church office for contact information.  Phone 835-8497.

Phoenix Youth Programs is a non-profit, community based organization located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada offering at-risk and homeless youth, ages sixteen to twenty-four, the opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness and find a path from the street.

Since its inception in 1984 we have developed an extensive variety of programs and services to address the individual needs of each client.
